Notes

Notes are dated comments on the prospect Activity timeline. Use them for context teammates (and future you) will need.

Path: Prospect Details → Activity → add a Note

Add a note

1. Open the prospect.
2. In Activity, choose Note.
3. Write the note. Use @mention to notify a teammate (they get a bell item and, if enabled, a push).
4. Save. The note appears on the chronological timeline.

View-only users have limited ability to add notes.

Mentions

Type @ and pick a teammate. They can open the notification and jump to this prospect.

Ask the assistant

You can also say, for example, “Add a note to Logan Daniels that we spoke Tuesday.” The AI Assistant summarizes the write and asks you to Proceed or Decline.
