Your Profile
Personal settings for your user: name, photo, password, push notifications, Device Handoff, connected email and calendar, and your virtual meeting room.
Path: profile menu → Your Profile
These settings follow you. Account-wide items (identities, automations, users) stay in Settings.
What you can manage
- Name, phone, and profile picture
- Email change and password change
- Virtual Meeting Room — personal link and waiting-room messages (only after an admin enables meeting rooms)
- Push notification types and enable/disable on this device
- Device Handoff — queue texts, emails, and calls to send from your phone
- Connected Email & Calendar Accounts — Sign in with Google or Microsoft

Two ways to “send as me”
