Share with Manager

Send a snapshot of the prospect to a manager (or another teammate) without making them hunt through the pipeline.

Path: Prospect Details → Activity → Share / notify manager

Share a prospect

1. Open the prospect.
2. In Activity, choose Share (share with manager / notify).
3. Pick the recipient.
4. Confirm. HiringCenter sends a summary to that person.

The share appears on the prospect timeline. Reporting has a Shared tab for this activity.

When to use it

• You want a manager’s eyes on a candidate before a meeting
• You need a second opinion on a hire or offer
• You are handing off context, not just changing Owner

Changing Owner on Details reassigns ongoing responsibility. Share notifies someone and leaves ownership as-is unless you also change it.
