Assessment

Configure the Core Capacities Index (CCI) assessment for the account: branding, custom questions, profiles, notification emails, and public links.

Path: Settings → Assessment

Admin and Owner only.

Set up the assessment

1. Open Settings → Assessment.
2. Add branding and any custom questions your team uses.
3. Configure profiles (how results map to priorities).
4. Set notification emails so the right people hear about a completed assessment.
5. Copy the public assessment link when you want to send it outside HiringCenter.

On a prospect

When assessments are in use, CCI results and priorities appear on the prospect record.

• Pipeline cards can show a CCI or PRI badge.
• Prospect Details has a CCI section. The summary chip can jump you there.
• Pipeline filters include CCI Priority.
• Reporting → Prospects can break down by CCI priority.

Priority 1 is the highest match. A gray CCI badge (priority 0) means an assessment exists but did not match a profile.

Send or share

Share the public link from Settings, or send it from the prospect record when your account has that action enabled. Completed results land back on the same prospect.
