Offices
Offices are locations you attach to prospects, users, filters, campaigns, and “assign closest office” on import.
Path: Settings → Offices
Who can edit
- Admin / Owner — add, import, delete, toggle Active, and edit address or managers.
- Manager / User — add offices and edit office addresses and managers. Import, delete, and active-status changes are admin-only (you will see a toast if you try).
Add an office
- Open Settings → Offices.
- Create an office with name, address, and optional managers.
- Leave it Active so it appears on prospect forms and filters.
HiringCenter blocks a duplicate when the same postal code, city, state, and first 8 characters of the street address already exist (add, edit, or import).
Import offices
Admins can upload a CSV of offices. Fix any duplicate-address rows the import rejects and try again.
Sort and last updated
Sort the table by office or manager. Last Updated shows who last changed address fields or managers. Hover the cell for before → after details.
Assign closest office
On Import (and on some prospect address actions) you can turn on Assign closest office. Prospects with an address or ZIP are assigned to the nearest active office. The flag is off by default.
Use offices on prospects
When you add or edit a prospect, pick an Office. Pipeline filters, campaign audiences, and automations can then target that office. Managers and users who create campaigns only include prospects they own or that belong to an office they belong to.
