Profile Picture and Change Password

Update how you appear to teammates and keep your sign-in current.

Path: profile menu → Your Profile

Change your name or phone

1. Open Your Profile.
2. Edit first name / last name and save.
3. Edit phone the same way. Use your real mobile number if you rely on Device Handoff or meeting-room callbacks.

Change your profile picture

1. On Your Profile, click the photo (or the placeholder avatar).
2. Choose an image and confirm the preview.
3. Save. Teammates see this on conversation members, pipeline owner avatars, and the users table.

Change your password

1. On Your Profile, open Change password.
2. Enter your current password and a new password.
3. Save.

If you signed in with a method that does not use a HiringCenter password, use the login page’s reset flow instead.

Change your email

1. Open the email change form on Your Profile.
2. Enter the new email and your current password.
3. Confirm the verification email at the new address before the change finishes.

This changes how you sign in. It does not by itself change the From address on prospect email. To send from Gmail or Outlook, connect a mailbox and link it to an identity.
