Email Signatures

Rich HTML sign-offs stored per identity (name + HTML body). They are not on Settings → General.

Manage signatures

1. Open Settings → Identities.
2. Open signatures for the identity.
3. Add, edit, delete, or preview.

Admins, owners, and users assigned to that identity can manage its signatures.

Insert while sending

1. Conversations → Email.
2. Open the signatures menu in the editor.
3. Pick a signature to insert into the draft.
4. Send.

Managers can add/edit/delete from the composer when they are allowed for that identity.

Tips

• Keep one “default” signature per identity so connected-mailbox sends still look like you.
• A signature is not a template. Templates are full reusable emails; signatures are the closing block.
