Text Templates

Reusable account SMS messages. Anyone on the account can insert them; admins typically maintain the library.

Insert a text template

1. Conversations → open the prospect → SMS composer.
2. Click Template.
3. Pick a template. It inserts into the draft (you can still edit).
4. Send or schedule.

Create or edit templates

Open the templates manager from the composer (or the account templates UI your role can access). Give the template a name and body.

Available merge tags depend on your account. Virtual Meeting Room ({{virtualMeetingRoom}}) resolves to your personal room URL, or is blocked if you do not have a room configured.
