Email Templates

Reusable account HTML emails for the rich email composer and for campaigns.

Insert an email template

1. Conversations → Email.
2. Open templates in the editor.
3. Pick a template. Edit as needed.
4. Insert a signature after the template if you want both.
5. Choose From (HiringCenter Email or a connected mailbox) → Send or schedule.

Virtual Meeting Room

Templates can include {{virtualMeetingRoom}}. It becomes the selecting user’s personal room URL. If that user has no room, the insert is blocked. Automations use a slightly different chip ({{virtualMeetingRoom:account}} or a specific user). See Meeting Rooms.

Campaigns

When you build an email campaign, compose (or reuse) HTML the same way. Campaigns send to a filtered audience, not a single thread. See Campaigns.

Templates vs signatures

A template is the body. A signature is the closing block stored on the identity. Use both.
